TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOBILE SERVICE
WORKING HOURS, MINIMUM SPEND, EXTRA CHARGES
Barbara Cosoli provides Services from 10am to 7pm with a minimum spending of 50€. Any appointment after 7pm will have an additional 30% out-of-hours service charge added to the total amount.

DISCLOSURE OF SPECIAL CONDITIONS Barbara Cosoli will not be responsible for the consequences of services provided to Users who do not communicate any special conditions before the start of the service, including:

  • Suffering from any condition that requires additional care or modified treatment (diabetes, heart or circulatory diseases).

  • Pregnancy.

  • Taking any medication.

  • Having experienced any symptoms of irritation or allergy.

SERVICES FOR MINORS
Barbara Cosoli does not perform nail enhancements or tinting services on minors under 16 years of age. Barbara Cosoli does not perform gel polish services on minors under 14 years of age. All services for minors under 18 years of age will require permission of a parent or legal guardian
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES WITHOUT REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RESERVATION
Barbara Cosoli will not be responsible for services that cannot be performed due to external causes. The service will not be carried out, and the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded or performed free of charge at another time in the following cases:
  • If at the beginning of the service, inadequate skin or nail conditions are detected. All services are carried out only on healthy skin and nails. They are entirely excluded in the presence of fungal or bacterial infections (fungi), viral (warts), or diseases and conditions that affect the nail bed and plate (onycholysis).
  • Lack of supplies such as water and light.
  • User's delay of more than 15 minutes to the appointment •
  • Wrong address provided by the user
  • When attempting to access the service location provided by the User, Barbara Cosoli detects a situation of risk to her person or physical integrity, caused by the safety conditions of the building or areas through which she must necessarily transit to access the indicated domicile

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF APPOINTMENTS
Cancellation or modification of services without any charge is allowed within 24 hours prior to intended start of service. Otherwise the amount paid for booking will not be refunded. In the case of modification of the reservation with an advance notice of 24 hours or more from the scheduled start of the service, the user may choose the date and time under the availability of Barbara Cosoli

AFTERCARE AND SERVICE GUARANTEE
Barbara Cosoli advises during the appointment on how to care for the nails with aftercare tips relevant to the service performed. A reminder message will also be sent at the end of the appointment. Once Barbara Cosoli leaves, nails are solely User's responsibility and it is up to User to look after them. User can complain about the service, service standard or anything else during the treatment. No complain will be accepted and no refunds will be given after Barbara Cosoli left. Barbara Cosoli will only repair free of charge any damage to services with gel polish or hard gel (such as chipping, lifting or cracking) if the damage occurs within 48 hours of the service, as this would be due to a fault during the service. CASES IN WHICH THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
Barbara Cosoli will not repair damage free of charge when the damage (such as chipping, lifting or cracking) occurs after 48 hours after the service, as this is due to a lack of after-service care, which is the responsibility of the User.
OTHER CASES WHERE THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY
• When the User does not accept technical recommendations (shortening the length, reinforcing, changing the shape, etc.) during the service.
• When the User's nails are particularly damaged, as the predisposition of the nail itself makes it more prone to breakage or chipping of the polish.
• When the service is performed in a shorter time than necessary due to the User's lateness for their appointment
• When the damage is caused by activities carried out without following the aftercare advice.
• Breaks caused by accidental bump
